Luke's Father's Day wasn't the best he's ever had...I mean, seriously, driving 8.5 hours is NOT my idea of a happy day, but whatever! We did take him out to Red Robin last wednesday, gave him his Father's day presents (black slacks, 2 ties, a stud finder, laser level & socks) on Thursday, went out to Jimmy Johns on Friday and the zoo and DQ on Saturday. I think that makes up for our lack of a good day. we do love him and all that he does...
St. Louis/St. Charles/St. Peters
Many moons ago we lived in St. Peters for a summer...it was SO MUCH fun and at the same time, not so fun. It's NOT fun being pregnant and throwing up ALL the time (all day, every day), but we have such great memories from that summer. Great memories, great friends...etc. Anyway, there is a town close by, St. Charles, that has an amazing historic section. Soooo, with all the memories, we had to stop. Luke wanted to leave early Monday, but none of the stores opened until 10 or 10:30, so we walked the streets for a little while...here's a glimpse into what we saw:

Katie! I'm so sorry we were in Ohio and didn't call! I did think of you guys for one fleeting moment when we crossed the boarder from Indiana, does that count? :) Of course it doesn't and I'm sorry! We miss you guys and would love to see you. I hope that all is well. It looks like you had a fun weekend of travel. You guys all look fabulous and I can't believe how big your kids are. Let's catch up soon! Loves.

It sounds like Luke had some good times before Father's Day so I'm sure that does make up for the drive.
So what are you guys doing in Ohio? Where does Luke work? How come back east? Do you like it there? I bet its getting hot this time of year. We are getting ready to move to arizona in a few weeks and its gonna be hot when we arrive. I will have to stay inside until this baby comes so i dont sweat to death!!
Sorry for my random comment, but I went to H.S. with Luke and I met you at your reception, but that was a bit ago:) You are such a cute fam and you have a way cute blog (I found you on Nat Crumps).
