My dear friend, Natalie, is a published author! Her book, Second Kiss, is a wonderful 'coming-of-age' novel that goes far beyond the other teen-bop books. She is a very talented writer and I am proud to recommend this book.

Gemma Mitchell is a normal girl who somehow gets herself into abnormally embarrassing circumstances. And while she thinks she's the biggest loser in school because of them, there are a few people in her life who would disagree. it looks really good and since you've sung so much praise about it :) I do want to read it! I just have to hurry up and finish the book I'm reading...and then the one I have on reserve at the library! I can't wait to read it though, thanks for the recommendation, it's always nice to hear about a good book!
I love that this is on your blog because it reminds me what a small world this is. Though I don't know Natalie, I do know her husband very well. We were buddies in high school. I will definitely check out the book. Any chance you're taking a family field trip to DC this summer?
