July

Like I mentioned in the last post.  This particular July weekend was the most important one.  It closed a chapter on Tori’s life and opened one for not only her, but the family.  My kids got to see what a great example she was and to set their goals to match.  Thanks Tori!  We had a great time seeing you…now on to the pics!

Dad got her a computer for her welcome home present.  She seems to not ‘get it’!

The most important weekend in July

That’s right folks, Tori, is home from her mission.  She served in the Tacloban Philippines Mission for the past 18 months and was honorably released on Friday the 8th.

Here are her homecoming pics:

Fun in the sun

The kids have been waiting to breakout the water stuff..IMG_7668IMG_7679

And I couldn’t resist posting some of my “black thumb” success.  These snap dragons were d.e.a.d. a few weeks ago and they are thriving now!

Independence Night

Well, after the parade and my brother and his family left, we headed to our favorite fireworks spot.  (4 years counting)  We may have gotten there a few hours earlier than normal.  But the kids had fun playing beforehand.
