It's amazing what 24 hours and natural light does for his complexion! :) Unfortunately he has jaundice. They haven't told us how bad it is, but with his size AND how fast he came...they are thinking it could be fairly high. (same thing with spencer)

Yes, we introduce the binky really early. I guess that's what happens when they nurse well...don't have to worry much about confusion. (knock on wood!!)
Has a bit of a goopy eye, but so did the rest of our kids.

oh what a doll. He is so cute and the swelling and bluishness has gone down sooo much. Yeah Sydney had jaundice too. So did London actually but we did not have to bring her back to the hospital like we did Sydney. Have fun with that chunk. I love it!!
Oh my Gosh! A Spencer A. wannabe! Thank goodness he's okay - he looks pretty scary in the earlier pictures.

Congratulations!!! He's adorable. Those pictures of his poor bruised face are awful! That's probably contributing to his jaundice, big time. Keep nursing, it'll go away soon enough. Much love to you!

Linley just got rid of her jaundice within the last 24 hours. She doesn't look as tan anymore and her eyes are white and normal, finally. That was only 2 1/2 weeks for it to clear up.

Congrats! Mac is beautiful! I am sure everything will work out just fin when the hubbie is back to work. Just let the kids know that they are your big helpers and you need them... that always makes my kids feel like they are important.
