The Big Day

This was a major day in our family.  Our little Livi was baptized.  I’ll be honest, I still can’t believe that she is 8!
Many people can’t believe that we wait until they are 8 to be baptized, but there is a great reason.  (click on the link above to learn more)
I am so glad that she was able to be baptized by her dad and that she was able to understand and remember her baptism day.
She had lots of family and friends there and her school teacher came too!

So thankful for our family.  Love the support!

Aunt Tori even flew in for the special occasion.  She gave a talk on Baptism.

**Unfortunately, I didn’t take a picture of the food.  But let me tell you…it was amazing!  Thank you mom!!  (We had Italian Beef sandwiches, potato salad, pasta salad, beans, brownies, rice krispy treats and more! It was fantastic!!)
And in true family style-a snowball fight!  In their church clothes no less Smile

Congrats Livi!  So proud of your willingness to follow the commandments and Jesus Christ and be baptized!  We love you!
